Plans direct visits that fill real gaps through presence, goals, volunteer preparation, and respectful community contact.
Can you plan visits that do not only create moments, but actually fill gaps, complete impact, and bring Resala's mission into society?
Prepare a 1–2 page role task. Complete the practical task for the head you picked, based on the Fixing Visit scenario. One to two pages — bullet points, tables, diagrams or sketches are fine. You submit it online at least an hour before your interview.

Discovery Head
Leads the discovery process before each visit by assessing beneficiary needs, gathering information, and preparing reports that help the team design the most suitable visit plan.
Execution Head
Plans and manages the execution of visits by organizing volunteers, coordinating activities, and ensuring that every visit is carried out smoothly and efficiently.
Impact Head
Evaluates completed visits by collecting feedback, documenting outcomes, and identifying improvements that maximize the long-term impact of future visits.
Storytelling Head
Captures and shares the story of every visit through photography, videography, and social media, highlighting the impact of Resala Visits and inspiring community engagement.
