Prepare and submit a task for the head you applied to. Your task sheet is attached to your confirmation email. It carries the most weight in the scoring, so give it real time. You submit it online at least an hour before your interview.

Creative Logistics & Visual Identity Lead
Leads the Creative & Design Committee: turns every session's content into polished, kid-friendly slide decks a full module ahead of time, designs certificates and event visuals, and keeps Operations stocked with exactly what each session needs.
English Sessions Lead
Leads the English Committee: adapts each module's content into interactive English lessons, vets and prepares volunteer instructors through mock-teaching auditions, and makes sure homework is assigned and graded every week.
Teaching & Organizing Lead
Leads the Teaching & Organizing Committee: runs live Saturday sessions, staffs and supports facilitators, tracks attendance and behavior in real time, and keeps parents in the loop.
